Yes — declared dangerous goods are accepted on every mode with a surcharge: the calculator’s “dangerous cargo” toggle adds it to the price. Declare it upfront so packaging and transport documents are prepared correctly; undeclared DG is the one thing that can stop a shipment.

98% of shipments arrive on time. Our team has worked in logistics since 2021 and delivered over 2,000 shipments. At our warehouses in Yiwu and Guangzhou we receive, check and dispatch the cargo ourselves, and one partner is accountable for the whole journey — there is no chain of brokers to slip a schedule.

Your choice. Clear the cargo with your own broker, or hand the declaration to Nexus — customs clearance can be added to the estimate in the calculator. When we handle it, we prepare and file the paperwork and push status updates to the app, so you know the moment customs clears.

From your side: the supplier’s commercial invoice and packing list. We produce the transport documents, and if Nexus handles your customs declaration we prepare the filing set too — and tell you exactly what is missing before departure, not at the border.

Yes — that is exactly what our warehouses in Yiwu and Guangzhou are for. Any number of factories ship to us; we combine everything into one shipment with one set of documents, and the price is calculated on the total weight and volume rather than per parcel.

Once the cargo reaches Uzbekistan it goes through customs clearance — on your own or through Nexus. Then you receive your goods; if you need delivery within Uzbekistan, agree the details with your manager in advance. You can follow the cargo’s status in the Nexus app.
